• Passengers having some medical exceptions need to contact the special assistance department of American airlines 72 hours before the departure.

Other requirements to follow:

• As per the government, you must wear a face mask all the time at the airport or board the flight whether you have taken the vaccination.
• For children under two years old or passengers, any disability of wearing a face mask will not come in this rule.
