Air France Travel Voucher- Claim Credit & Its Benefits

A travel voucher is a credit that you can use to purchase an air France ticket or any other extra options and can use all the options at the Air France website, ticket offices, or a flight with Air France.

The validity period of air France vouchers:

  • Air France Vouchers issued between march 2020 and August 2021 will be valid until August 2022.
  • If the vouchers are issued after September 1, 2021, they will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
If you have purchased the air France travel ticket with travel agencies, you need to connect with them to get the voucher. You cannot process the travel voucher online and need to contact their customer service to meet your requirements.

How do I use the travel Voucher on Air France?

If you want to use the travel voucher, you need to follow the given steps online:
  • Navigate to the www.airfrance.com website.
  • Log in to your Air France account to check your credits or voucher.
  • On the payment window, enter the voucher number in the “voucher, gift card, or Discount code” option. After that, tap on “Apply.”
  • The voucher value will be deducted automatically from the total amount due.

Can someone else use my Air France voucher?

No, you cannot use the air France travel voucher for someone else flight booking. If you want to purchase the flight for someone else using the voucher, then the origins; the owner must be present on the flight itinerary. 

Is my Air France travel voucher refundable? 

  • If you purchased the ticket after March 1, 2022, your travel voucher would not be refundable. If the flight is purchased before February 28 with a travel date beyond July 1, 2022, it will not be refundable. 
  • If you receive the air France travel voucher due to the flight cancellation by the airlines, you will be eligible for a refund.
