• The military discount can be applied to any family member's ticket if their age is more than 16 years.
• American Airlines provides up to 5 complimentary bags to military personnel on duty and three complimentary bags for personal business travel.
• The military personnel will get up to a 10% Vet Rewards discount that can be applied to both domestic and international flights.

How to add military discounts while booking American Airlines flights online?

• Navigate to American Airlines' official website, https://www.americanairlines.in/intl/in/index.jsp, or open the mobile app.
• Make the reservation by selecting the arrival and departure destination.
• Choose the number of passengers, the date of departure, and other details.
• Then select the flights as per the timing of your choice. 
• After that, you will get to the payment tab.
• Provide valid proof, enter your military Id, or upload a picture from the "Apply vouchers and coupons" option.
• Pay the updated amount of the ticket.
• The airline will send the ticket details to your registered email, or you can download it from the page.
