No, passengers cannot transfer their paid seats to another passenger. However, they can reschedule their refundable flight, or if they wish, they can exchange their seats with another passenger. What are Extra Legroom Seats? 

Extra legroom seats are seats that are generally situated near the emergency exit of the aircraft. These are usually suitable for tall flyers.   • Travelers under 15 years of age are not allocated this seating option.
