• You must be 18 to apply for the business class, enter valid details about passengers, and provide proper documents.
• You can make an offer for upgrading your business class by going through the email and getting a link that will redirect you to plusgrade.com, which manages your upgrade bidding system from FlyDubai.
• FlyDubai is authorized to accept and refuse your offer to upgrade your business class after confirming whether your seat is available.
• When you submit an offer for upgrading your business class, you agree with your offer that will continue to open for acceptance by FlyDubai until the expiration.
• When FlyDubai successfully accepts your offer, you have to pay the charge using your credit card, which will be non-refundable, and your upgrade will be valid on a particular flight at a specific date.
• FlyDubai has the right to modify and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

How to upgrade from economy to business class on FlyDubai?

• If you have booked an Economy flight ticket with flyDubai, you can upgrade your cabin to business class at a reasonable cost.
• If you plan your tour from Dubai, you can place your bid to upgrade up to 10 hours before the flight's scheduled departure, and for other flights to Dubai, you must place your request 18 hours before flight departure.
• You will receive an email to bid and enter the valid booking details to complete the task.
• You can change and cancel your bid before the acceptance of your request by Flydubai.

• You will receive an email after bidding is ended before flight departure.
• If your bidding is accepted, you will be charged from our credit card to upgrade with your offer price and get a bidding pass during check-in.
• You will only be charged if your offer is accepted and you continue to start the flight journey on your original flight accordingly.
