- Dear Ethiopian Airlines, my name is Idibek Gadoev, UNHCR Protection Officer working in UNHCR Sub Office Assosa. Am the customer for EA since December 2020 and every two months am travelling by EA from Assosa to Addis -Dubai and return after two weeks vacation from Dubai -Addis-Assosa. This is the second time after arrival to addis am receiving totally damaged bag. the first time the wheels were broken and this time the handles of the baggage were totally broken and removed. This was happened on 22 May 2021, Flight 603 from Dubai to Addis in Addis international airport. i would appreciate an immediate attention on this matter and refund the cost of the two suitcases. thanks

- Dear Ethiopian Airlines, I bought a flight on April 2020 from Dubai to Brazil. The flight was canceled and they told me you`re gonna refund me after 1 year. I called the Dubai, Brazil manager and everyone start to ignore me. 1 month ago I sent a email to the customer relations, they replied me at first, but when I sent to them the requested informations they stopped to reply. This is a shame on you. We`re talking around 3.000 Dollars and No one help me. I would appreciate if you give my money back.
