You can request a refund of tickets booked through the official website of Philippines airlines, PAL contact, or any authorized PAL ticket office using any of the following ways.
- By visiting PAL ticket offices- To cancel your ticket and request a refund through offline mode, you can visit any of the ticket booking offices of the Philippine airline. Who is eligible for a refund at Philippine airlines?
All the passengers who have a valid, unused ticket and don't want to travel can apply for a full refund of the PSC. Passengers who are exempted but paid the PSC can also refund the PSC.
What document do I need for requesting a refund?
If you request a refund on your own, you have to provide details like your booking reference number and your valid ID for the refund process.
In case you are making a refund request through a representative, you have to provide the following documents:-
- Your original valid ID proof
- Originally Signed authorization letter by you
- Copy of Signed, valid id of yours
