• Passengers can only receive a full refund of their ticket fare if they can cancel their flight within 24 hours of Play Airline confirmation.
• If you cancel a ticket outside the risk-free period, you are not eligible for a refund. 
• The airline does not offer refundable tickets. Once canceled after the risk-free period, you can only apply for a refund of airport taxes. 

Play Airlines Flight Change Policy

• You can apply for a flight change through the website or the official support agents only if you have booked the ticket through airline channels.
• The change will transfer your seat from the old flight to the old one, but your booking number will remain the same. However, the airline will send you a new confirmation mail with a new code. 
• All the Play Airlines change flights you apply for are associated with changing fees per person per flight. If the new light is more expensive, you pay both the fee and fare difference; if the same, you only pay the fee, and if less, you still have to pay the fee, but no refund is given for the lesser fare. 

Play Airlines Name Change Policy 

• The passenger' can not change the name entirely. However, you can make corrections. You can change up to 2-3 letters, which is free of cost. 
• The details on the tickets must match your government identification proof. 
• Once you complete the online check-in procedure, you can no longer make any changes/corrections. 
• The Play Airlines cancellation policy will allow you to make changes through the help of the support team or the website only.
