- The tickets that are purchased through official sources can only be canceled.
- Tickets purchased through third parties, or any unauthorized source cannot be canceled.
- Tickets cannot be canceled after the flight's departure. Even the multi-city flight ticket will be canceled after the departure.
- The refund amount will be received within seven to thirty business days.
- The flight should be canceled within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund.
- Free or discounted tickets are not eligible for cancellation. They can only make changes to their flight ticket by reaching out to the airline.
- N-refundable ticket passengers will receive only the government tax part of their fare.
- You are not allowed to cancel your flight ticket on the day of your flight.
How do I cancel my Royal Jordanian booking?

- Next, click on manage booking.
- Enter your booking reference number and the passenger's last name.
- Click on search for my flight.
- On the next page, you will see your flight with the airline.
- Click on change/ cancel the flight.
- Mention the reason why you are canceling your flight ticket.
- After that, you can apply for a refund by submitting a form.
- You will receive a refund if you are eligible under the airline's refund policy.
What is the cancellation fee for Royal Jordanian Airlines?
- Passengers will pay cancellation fees ranging from 30 to 40% of the ticket fare if it is canceled on the day of the flight.
- If you cancel your flight ticket by visiting the airport, you must pay a service charge and cancellation fees.
