  • I am trying to contact Karachi Office. Nobody pick up phone. I am a passenger from London and extended my stay. Very polly service. No customer care at all. I have send mail as well but no response. It’s lots to be desired.

  • Dear sir of madam, Reservation U22VHA Flight TK 0182 Cuidad de Mexico 27 April 2021 departure date has been changed 4 times: departure now 27th. at 10:05, arrival 28th 0945. This flight will not connect with my flight TK 1951 from Istambul to Schipol Amsterdam 28th April departure 07:20. The present flight from Mexico City now arrives 2 hours 25 minutes after the connection to Amsterdam has departed. I have been tryin for many hours to contact with anyone to resolve te problem without any success. Yours R.A.D. Smith.

  • It is very difficult trying to get information and matters of importance resolve with Turkish airlines, the agents are not customer service friendly and are not helpful at all, I tried for 12 hours today to to get a client sorted out and is still waiting for assistance, it is pathetic.

  • I ve been calling all night the customer service number 800-8748875 and automatic service answer two time and disconnect the line. I had questions and I wants to talk with some one Very disappointed I m flying next wk and I m worry about it. This is my first time with Turkish airline and I m not impress till now. I hope can get to talk with someone during the day time. They are probably sleeping now ?

  • The agent (a guy) from Nepal branch office was so terrible, not helpful and even rude. He told me I cannot visit UK now even I have valid Visa which is completely rubbish. He was very arrogant and cannot provide any information I need.

  • Dear sir, I have the ticket to fly on the 20th of May from IST to CMB. Do I have any chance to change my travel date earlier., mean 17th of May. I will come from Libya then I will travel to Srilanka. Please advise me how can I do the chances. And about the PCR test, you have mentioned any certain places for it or I can do it in any clinic here in libya. Please answer me as soon as possible.

  • I booked flight ticket from IST to Milan. The time of flight is changed. However, I can not confirm the change in flight. There is not any option to click on it and confirm via the website. I found a message that informed me to contact the call center to confirm my flight change. Also, I have found an error related to seat changes(irrelevant error) via App. Regarding this issue, I have two questions: 1.what does call centre mean? 2.can I confirm the change at the check-in desk in the airport? Unfortunately, no one answered my phone and request to solve this problem. I need help to know how I can confirm this change.

I travelled with my family from Lagos Nigeria to Birmingham UK .I happened to have forgotten my phone on the flight from Lagos Nigeria to Istanbul (flight TK 626) and one of my travelling bag was missing by the the time I got to my final destination ( Birmingham) Our seat number is 28 A,B,D,E,F.

  • Dear Sir/Madam. Pl note that my son booked our two tickets from Dubai from his Credit Card travelling from Karachi to Birmingham UK. But due to Cobid19 unable to travel. Got extension in tickets till March 22 but in the meantime our visas expired. Since October 21 we have requested for Refund thru phone calls and many times in writing to your Customer Service Representative. But always get unsatsfactory and nuisance replies.. Whereas, we have provided every evidence and calculations of amount but still no refund instead of asking unnecessary questions. Pl sort out this matter and refund us. Thank you. M F Gogan

  • I have flight in 45 days on 2d January. Due my coronavirus situation I am not able to travel from Podgorica Istanbul New York and backwards. Please let me know is there any chance for refund.
