Thai Airways Cancellation Policy: How to Cancel a Flight

  • my experience with Thai is a nightmare, i purchased a business class ticket for about 4,500 Euros in Germany for a flight from Frankfurt to Sydney return, turns out that the ticket had a 30 day validity but no one bothered to tell us. We called Thai on the 18th of November to change the ticket, they told us that the next 3 days were full but call back. We called again on the 20th of November and was told there were no seats until the 23rd of November, when the reservation staff tried to make the booking they spotted the condition of 30 days and then said oh it expires today and there are no seats. We have been fighting with them ever since and have spoken to Thai 17 times and they still cant figure it out, never again. Oh and we have no refund, no seats and no way of making sense of what goes on.

  • Ive been trying to call your office more than a week now to cancel my flight on march 23 from Heathrow to BKK and BKK to manila..return april 23 .Beacuse of the Covid 19 but no answere just answering machine. many thanks
